Overview

An Incident is the primary resource of Claims Manager. In its most basic form, an Incident is the set of circumstances that resulted in the notification of loss. An Incident can contain several other objects including Claimants, Parties and Events.

These endpoints allow you create a new incident and lookup an existing incident using the incidentId. In addition to the basic functionality, there are some more advanced uses where Claimants and Parties can be added at the same time as creating an Incident, as well as the ability to add attachments to the incident at the time of creation.
